Senior Strategy Advisor

• Identify improvement opportunities for the Business Unit Offshore and contribute to setting the overall strategic direction.
• Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects, delivering convincing storytelling, innovative concepts, and effective presentations.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and support the development of junior strategy advisors.

This role directly contributes to Vattenfall's mission of achieving fossil freedom by driving strategic initiatives in offshore wind, a key renewable energy source that reduces carbon emissions and supports the decarbonisation of customers and society.

• Strong strategic and commercial thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in management consulting or strategy functions.
• Ability to work in an international setting with direct exposure to senior management.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
