Senior Solutions Consultant

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify, shape, and advance complex enterprise opportunities, leading discovery, stakeholder workshops, business case development, and ROI conversations.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of Choco's product suite and design customer solutions by scoping ERP integrations, catalogue structures, pricing engines, APIs, and operational data flows.
• Own procurement and technical validation processes, including RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, compliance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Security and Legal.
• Ensure successful customer outcomes by aligning stakeholders around Choco's solutions, driving seamless handovers to Implementation and Customer Success, and continuously feeding customer insights back into Product.

This role helps food distributors digitize their core operating systems, reducing waste, improving margins, and making the food supply chain more efficient and sustainable.

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, with proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, able to engage with executive decision-makers and technical audiences.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, ERP systems, and data exchange concepts, with ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, ownership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluency in English (C2), French and/or German a plus.

• Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments.
• Work with an AI product with proven product–market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows.
