Senior Solution Consultant - Partnerships (Financial Reporting)

• Serve as a subject matter expert for strategic partners, positioning Workiva’s financial reporting solutions to the Office of the CFO and CIO.
• Create scalable enablement assets such as demo scripts, guides, and certification programs to drive partner proficiency.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with partner leaders to guide go-to-market strategies.

This role enables strategic partners to effectively sell Workiva’s financial reporting solutions, helping organizations achieve confidence, control, and competitive edge in their financial and sustainability reporting.

• 6+ years in client-facing roles like Solution Consulting, Presales, or Partner Enablement.
• Strong domain expertise in multi-entity reporting, consolidation, or complex financial reporting.
• Experience working with or at a large consulting/advisory firm (e.g., Big 4).
• Experience selling to the Office of the CFO (Finance, Accounting, Controllership).

On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 156,000 - 253,000 USD Annual. Eligible for commission based on sales performance. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
