Senior Software Technical Leader

• Lead and mentor a team developing low-level software for automotive power electronics projects including inverter and converter ECUs, focusing on reuse and scalability.
• Own architecture, design, and development of LLD, CDD, and ECU/IO HW Abstraction layers interfacing with automotive microcontrollers.
• Lead ECU software bring-up on new hardware and collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, MISRA-C, ASPICE, ASIL standards and promote engineering excellence through coaching and code reviews.

This role advances the development of safer, more efficient automotive power electronics, contributing to the transition to electric vehicles and reducing emissions.

• 9-12 years of experience with 7+ years in automotive BSW development and 2+ years leading a team on Autosar projects for LLD/CDD/IOHW Abstraction.
• Strong expertise in AUTOSAR architecture, MCAL configuration, low-level driver software (GTM, MCU, DIO, ADC, Port, SPI, CAN, etc.), and ECU Abstraction.
• Expertise in developing ASIC device drivers for external ICs (Infineon, ST, Texas Instruments) and fault diagnostics.
• Proficiency in C/C++, embedded multithreaded/multi-core environments, cross compilers, debuggers (Lauterbach), and tools like Vector DaVinci or EB Tresos.
