Senior Software Engineer

• Work with product managers, customers, and engineers to understand requirements and desired outcomes.
• Formulate solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and break work into executable milestones.
• Build and ship software across the full stack, including infrastructure, APIs, and user experiences.
• Improve engineering systems, internal tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows.

By building and improving the Horizon platform for wind and solar inspection and asset management, you directly enable the renewable energy industry to operate more efficiently, accelerating the transition to clean energy.

• 5+ years of experience writing, shipping, and operating production software.
• Depth in at least one part of the stack and ability to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, and developer tooling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, systems-thinking, and independent delivery capability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

Base salary dependent on experience and location. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus. Remote or hybrid work options available (US Eastern timezone).
