Mission
What you will drive
- Lead integration of site controllers, inverters, and auxiliary equipment into a unified SCADA architecture for utility-scale renewable energy assets.
- Design and configure machine-to-machine communications and end-to-end communication networks, including industrial Ethernet and OT network segmentation.
- Manage secure communication interfaces between sites and utilities, transmission operators, and cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with NERC CIP and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Enable inverter monitoring, diagnostics, and fault detection through cloud-based dashboards, and collaborate with O&M teams to optimize system performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of SCADA or energy management systems experience.
- Strong experience with utility-scale SCADA systems, industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, IEC 61850), and OT cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to debug network connections using tools such as Wireshark, and experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, and fiber optic networks.
