Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead sales of Volterra electric refuse vehicles and connected technology solutions across North America.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities for smart fleet technologies including contamination detection, service verification, payload management, and overage detection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and dealer partners, and conduct product demonstrations and industry events.
  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field.
  • 8+ years experience in related field, preferably heavy equipment, fleet, or technology solutions.
  • Experience in EV, refuse, fleet management, or technology.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills; ability to sell complex solutions.
