Mission
What you will drive
- Lead sales of Volterra electric refuse vehicles and connected technology solutions across North America.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities for smart fleet technologies including contamination detection, service verification, payload management, and overage detection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and dealer partners, and conduct product demonstrations and industry events.
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies.

- 8+ years experience in related field, preferably heavy equipment, fleet, or technology solutions.
- Experience in EV, refuse, fleet management, or technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills; ability to sell complex solutions.
