Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a product expert within the Commercial team, understand utility client needs and pair them with technical or service solutions.
- Conduct discovery with clients on business requirements and pain points, and design solutions delivering compelling ROI.
- Architect and deliver improvements to proposal, contracting, and delivery processes using AI and automation tools.
- Convey the value of EnergyHub's platform and services to clients and prospects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical, enterprise software sales, product management, or related fields.
- Energy industry experience preferred, particularly demand side or DER management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, comfort communicating cross-functionally and externally.
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, data transfers, SQL or Python, Cloud BI tools, and AI agents preferred.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, plus uncapped variable compensation target of $34,000 (OTE target $174,000).
