Senior Recruiter (Temporary)

• Build and maintain a scalable recruiting strategy across teams and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to build targeted talent pipelines.
• Source and screen candidates for a wide variety of roles across software, engineering, operations, and customer support roles.
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments.

This role helps scale Joby Aviation's workforce, accelerating the development and deployment of electric air taxis that reduce urban congestion and carbon emissions, contributing to sustainable transportation.

• 7-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical job requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Target base pay: $49 - $65/hr (hourly rate). Temporary role anticipated to last 6 months. Based in New York City office with hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).

Joby Aviation is developing an electric air taxi that takes off vertically and quietly, aiming to reduce urban congestion and emissions. Since 2009, they have been working towards FAA certification and plan to launch commercial service in the US and Dubai.
