Senior Recruiter

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close across a mixed portfolio of reqs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define real requirements and challenge weak ones.
• Diagnose stalled pipelines using funnel data and fix root causes.
• Keep ATS hygiene tight in Greenhouse or Ashby to maintain trustworthy pipeline data.

This role directly supports Redwood Materials' mission to build a circular battery supply chain, reducing reliance on mining and keeping critical minerals in circulation, thereby driving the energy transition and combating climate change.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, clean energy, technology, logistics, or similar high-growth industries.
• Fluency with Greenhouse, Ashby, and modern sourcing tools.
• Funnel literacy: ability to read time-to-fill, conversion, and offer acceptance as signals.
• Strong judgment in hiring manager relationships; ability to influence and disagree well.

Full-time position. Compensation commensurate with experience. No specific salary or perks mentioned.
