What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-touch, specialized, or senior-level hiring.
- Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers through data and market intelligence.
- Expert in recruitment analytics, including sourcing effectiveness, hiring trends, external market influences and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Workday or other ATS for managing end-to-end recruitment.
