Senior Project Controls Scheduler, BESS (Remote)

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects from business development through execution.
• Lead and mentor less experienced schedulers, support training curriculum development, and ensure schedules adhere to CPM best practices.
• Analyze project documents, perform quantity take-offs, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance schedule accuracy.
• Monitor progress, maintain delay logs, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

This role ensures that renewable energy projects (solar, battery storage) are completed on time and within budget, accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• High proficiency with P6 software and strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to travel to jobsites, and strong MS Office skills.
