Senior Program Manager, Performance Management

• Redesign and operationalize performance management strategy, including calibration and manager enablement.
• Scale talent reviews, succession planning, and job architecture to support rapid company growth.
• Build transparent career pathways and internal mobility frameworks.
• Lead rollout, adoption, and change management across the business.

Compensation range: $125,000 - $155,000 + Bonus.
