What you will drive
Lead a large, complex portfolio introducing innovative health products across low- and middle-income countries, managing program delivery, stakeholder relationships, and market shaping strategy.
- Manage full program lifecycle: work planning, budget oversight, donor relations, and coordination across distributed multi-country teams.
- Own program delivery end-to-end, ensuring workstreams meet schedules, budgets, and organizational expectations.
- Lead product landscaping analyses and supply-side engagement to inform CHAI's strategy and manufacturer negotiations.
- May manage and develop junior and mid-level staff, providing feedback and supporting professional growth.
- Requires advanced degree in business, economics, or public health plus 9–11 years managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
