Senior Program Manager

• Architect and maintain real-time supply chain dashboards for executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Own the strategic Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for Tier-1 suppliers, driving long-term roadmap alignment and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of consistent procurement and tracking tools across all technical silos to eliminate data silos and ensure a unified view of the global cloud stack.
• Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies and manage end-to-end supply chain processes from raw material sourcing to final product delivery.

This role directly contributes to Crusoe's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence by optimizing supply chain operations for AI infrastructure, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of critical components, thereby enabling more efficient and sustainable AI workloads.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and analytical skills; proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., Acumatica ERP).
