Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategy, leadership, design, training, coaching, and evaluation for movement infrastructure interventions, focusing on security, compliance, and operations for grassroots organizations.
- Design and lead programs and cohorts to build operations and security infrastructure, including 501c3/501c4 compliance and multi-entity strategies.
- Provide coaching, facilitation, and training to partner organizations on systems, processes, and platforms related to finance, HR, technology, and governance.
- Lead emergent movement infrastructure projects and supervise the Movement Infrastructure Team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years in a director-level position leading operations and program design within a movement building organization (grassroots, labor, or community organizing).
- Subject matter expertise in at least 3 areas: finance/accounting, HR, technology, compliance, administration, governance, change management, or organizational development.
- Experience in a multi-entity environment and rooted in analysis of power and basebuilding.
- Advanced project management, change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually (exempt, full-time). Competitive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off. Remote role with preference for San Francisco Bay Area; requires in-person events 6-8 times/year in Bay Area and other regions.
