Senior Product Manager, Smartfield

• Define and execute platform product strategy for Smartfield, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Own the product roadmap across grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services, driving IoT and data integration.
• Lead product development from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Identify and secure strategic hardware partners for resale and drive commercialization of new SaaS products.

This role advances sustainable food production by delivering digital agriculture solutions that help growers improve sustainability and profitability, addressing pressing climate and food challenges.

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching complex products involving data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics.
• Strong technical fluency in data pipelines and cloud systems; background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
