Senior Product Manager, Smartfield

• Define and execute platform product strategy for Smartfield, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead product development from discovery through delivery, including writing requirements and prioritizing initiatives.
• Drive data and platform capabilities such as data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth.

This role directly supports sustainable food production by advancing digital agriculture solutions that help growers improve sustainability and profitability, addressing pressing climate and food challenges.

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in complex products involving data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics.
• Strong technical fluency in data pipelines and cloud systems; background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 per year
