Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products & AI

• Lead deep customer discovery and system mapping to analyze how enterprise finance, compliance, and audit teams manage complex operational data.
• Formulate and validate product-market hypotheses through rapid prototyping and technical validation, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Define agentic experience and trust frameworks, ensuring AI interactions are transparent and auditable within a regulated environment.
• Establish quantitative KPIs and conduct evidence-driven retrospectives to iterate on early-stage product vectors.

This role creates positive change by enabling enterprise organizations to navigate uncertainty with confidence, ensuring data integrity and trust in AI-driven decisions, which ultimately supports responsible innovation and regulatory compliance.

• 6+ years of product management experience (or 4+ with advanced degree) in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflow automation, or data-intensive products.
• Strong conceptual understanding of modern applied AI, including LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous user pain points into structured requirements and testable hypotheses.
• Exceptional product craft with focus on user psychology, interface transparency, and building high-trust solutions in risk-averse environments.

Salary range in the US: $129,000 - $207,000 annually. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units at hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
