Senior Product Manager

• Own the product roadmap for Seekr, translating organizational priorities, partner needs, and user insights into a clear, sequenced plan with measurable outcomes.
• Build for both sides of the B2B2C model: define partner product strategy to drive sales and renewal, and build student-facing features that accelerate job offers.
• Own product analytics end-to-end: define metrics, partner on instrumentation, inspect usage data, and translate insights into product decisions.
• Build tools and workflows that make Basta’s coaches and program staff more effective, treating program enablement as a core part of the role.

This role directly advances economic mobility for first-generation students by building a platform that helps them secure strong first jobs, transforming how they enter and advance in the workforce.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with time spent in 0-to-1 product discovery at a B2B2C company.
• Analytics fluency: defined product metrics, scoped instrumentation, and used usage data to drive decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B2C dynamics: how institutional partners make purchasing decisions and what drives renewal.
• Technical fluency to work credibly with engineers and write clear requirements; experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Remote eligible, NYC preferred. The ability to travel to NYC 4-6 times/year required. Compensation not specified.
