Senior Product Designer, Remix Planning

• Lead end-to-end design of complex planning workflows for transit agencies to design, evaluate, and evolve fixed-route and demand-responsive transit networks.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and transit professionals to transform transportation planning challenges into intuitive, map-based experiences.
• Drive product direction from discovery through launch by conducting customer research, prototyping, and translating insights into production-ready experiences.
• Shape the future of Remix’s planning platform by identifying opportunities, creating long-term experience visions, and influencing roadmap decisions.

This role directly improves public transportation systems, enabling greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education for millions of riders worldwide by designing tools that help transit agencies plan more efficient and equitable networks.

• 7+ years designing complex SaaS, enterprise, or professional software products with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong systems thinker with ability to simplify ambiguous, information-dense workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, with portfolio demonstrating wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality product experiences.
• Comfortable using research, data, and experimentation to inform product direction while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
