Mission
What you will drive
- Shape the end-to-end delivery and post-purchase experience, including tracking, returns, replacements, repairs, and customer support.
- Own the UX of the AI-augmented support experience across conversational and human touchpoints.
- Help decide which problems in the post-purchase space are worth solving, backed by evidence and customer understanding.
- Work closely with peers across squads to keep the experience coherent and balance customer needs with partner capabilities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience designing intuitive digital products, owning meaningful parts of a product experience.
- Experience working in ambiguous spaces, starting small and iterating to bigger outcomes.
- Actively uses AI to sharpen and speed up design work.
- Experience designing across systems or partners you didn't control, creating coherent user experiences despite complexity.
