Mission

What you will drive

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to analyze user and business data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, supporting product optimization and strategic planning.
  • Develop efficient data models using dbt, integrate new data sources, and ensure data structure supports analytical and stakeholder needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker and Metabase to enable self-service, data-driven decisions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience working with data, including extracting and integrating data from multiple sources into a data warehouse or data lake.
  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of analytical and statistical techniques such as churn modeling, regression analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
