Senior People Operations Associate

Manage international HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes for a globally distributed climate organization.
- Own payroll administration across five European countries and ensure compliance with local labour laws and GDPR.
- Administer core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records for a distributed team.
- Implement and maintain centralized HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and process documentation.
- Requires 5+ years international HR operations experience with multi-country payroll and EOR provider management.
- Requires strong vendor management, attention to detail, and ability to build processes in evolving environments.
