Senior or Principal Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

• Lead civil and infrastructure design delivery across projects (SuDS, surface & foul drainage, utilities, earthworks, highways).
• Integrate civil design with other disciplines, ensuring coordinated and constructible outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and line management to deliver projects and grow team capability.
• Take ownership of project financials — fee forecasting, pricing and resource allocation.

This role shapes resilient, low-carbon infrastructure for local authority, residential, commercial, and industrial developments, contributing to a sustainable future.

• Strong technical background in civil engineering: SuDS, surface & foul drainage and earthworks design, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards.
• Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
• Degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered or Incorporated with relevant Institution.
• Desirable software experience: InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Civil 3D.
