Role details
Build operational infrastructure for a Berlin-based think tank advancing evidence-based international development policy.
- Own compliance, finance, grant administration, and process optimization across a German association.
- Manage legal and financial reporting, fundraising support, events, travel, and operational systems.
- Requires 2–3 years German operations experience and native German proficiency; non-profit finance knowledge strongly preferred.
- High autonomy with close leadership support; role can grow into operations leadership position.
- 60–100% FTE (ideal 80%), flexible hours, fixed-term contract to December 2027 with extension possible.
