Senior Operations Director

• Manage fractional HR, legal, and financial teams to ensure organizational stability and accountability.
• Lead operational processes including information management systems, grant reporting, and budgeting.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and career progression of team members.
• Anticipate and problem-solve bottlenecks and obstacles across the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in operations roles.
• Strong understanding of financial and HR functions and organizational compliance.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Unwavering attention to detail and high levels of organization.

Full-time role with strong preference for Eastern Standard Time Zone. Most members based in New York City with shared office space in Flatiron District starting fall 2026.
