Senior Mechanical Designer, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

• Design and develop heat rejection and HVAC systems for data centers, ensuring efficient cooling, redundancy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to optimize airflow and cooling performance.
• Perform heat load calculations and capacity planning to accommodate future expansions.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate HVAC systems with critical infrastructure.

• Highly skilled in mechanical design for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with cooling system selection (CRAHs, chilled water, DX, containment) and CFD analysis.
• Knowledge of redundancy, fault tolerance, and energy efficiency strategies.
• Client-facing experience and ability to work on fast-paced projects.
