Senior Managing Consultant, Fundraising

• Lead client management, including developing proposals and serving as primary point of contact.
• Provide fundraising consulting: develop strategies, write cases for support, and execute fractional consulting.
• Supervise and mentor fundraising staff, manage team capacity, and ensure quality of deliverables.

This role helps small to mid-size organizations build sustainable fundraising programs, enabling them to advance their missions and create positive social change.

• Senior nonprofit leadership experience in fundraising, including individual giving, institutional fundraising, and government grants.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate high-stakes conversations, and develop proposals.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and evaluating team members, and overseeing resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Productive, Slack).
