Mission
What you will drive
- Lead EDF's regulatory advocacy before ERCOT and the Public Utility Commission of Texas to advance clean energy policies.
- Develop and assess policy proposals on utility forecasting, grid infrastructure, distributed energy resources, load flexibility, and electrification.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build strategy, generate thought leadership, and support clean energy advocacy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of ERCOT and/or PUCT practice, and a Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with ERCOT and PUCT procedural rules and conventions.
- Familiarity with major energy issues facing Texas (e.g., data centers, load growth, electrification, grid planning, renewable generation, electricity market design).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage programs.
