Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the RF team, providing technical direction for satellite RF system architectures and subsystem design.
- Own the RF design process, implement and improve PCBA processes, and lead detailed RF system modeling and EM simulation efforts.
- Develop system level budgets, conduct RF system architecture trade studies, and direct design validation and qualification campaigns.
- Act as subject matter expert in new program proposal development and manage outsourced components with external vendors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BSEE/Physics + 10 years related experience, or MSEE/Physics + 8 years related experience.
- Expert knowledge of EM simulation tools (MWO, ADS, HFSS) and RF system/payload budgeting.
- Expert knowledge in at least two of: space-based antenna systems, high-power PA design, satellite communications transponders, SDR/DSP, or ultra-stable oscillator design.
- Deep hands-on experience with RF circuits/systems, familiarity with spacecraft architectures, and experience leading teams.
