Mission

What you will drive

  • Architect and operate the GTM engine, designing end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal.
  • Own the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, BillingPlatform) and automate quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Lead deal desk, pricing strategy, and forecasting to provide revenue visibility and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Mentor the RevOps team and serve as strategic connector across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in high-growth B2B SaaS, with team management and executive advisory experience.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and modern billing/revenue engines (e.g., BillingPlatform).
  • Strong analytical rigor with comfort in metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a builder mindset focused on automation and scalability.
