Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the primary steward for new project teams from inquiry through pre-arrival, and for departing project teams, ensuring a trust-centered experience.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of project pipeline discovery, approval, pre-arrival, and departure systems.
- Build trusted relationships with mission-driven leaders, synthesize strategic, operational, and risk considerations into decision-ready pathways.
- Orchestrate cross-functional landing processes for new projects and guide complex departures with care and clarity.

- Experience leading multi-step, multi-stakeholder processes such as organizational transitions.
