Senior Manager, Program Management

• Own and orchestrate cross-functional delivery of a critical portfolio of fast-charging infrastructure projects, driving scalable and predictable execution.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined operating cadence across the EVgo value-chain to meet contractual commitments and revenue goals.
• Develop partner relationships at executive and working levels to achieve shared strategic goals and cultivate a frictionless partner experience.
• Provide performance analytics and leverage data to continuously improve processes and ensure predictable project delivery.

This role accelerates the expansion of EVgo’s national fast-charging network, directly contributing to the mass adoption of electric vehicles and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Team-first leader with strong executive, cross-functional, and partner communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing large portfolios with hundreds of concurrent projects.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience building actionable dashboards; working knowledge of site development, engineering, utilities, permitting, construction, and procurement processes.

Competitive base salary ($133,000 - $166,000 USD), discretionary target cash bonus, restricted stock units, comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and 401(k).
