Senior Manager of Solution Consulting

• Lead a team of Solution Consultants to translate the Workiva platform into compelling value for customers.
• Develop and execute strategic vision to align cross-functional teams and drive sales initiatives.
• Provide presales support including needs analysis, product demonstrations, and sales support.
• Establish best practices, optimize processes, and manage resource allocation to enhance team productivity.

This role enables organizations to navigate uncertainty and maintain trust by bringing technology to market that executives, boards, and regulators depend on, helping them make decisions that stand up to scrutiny.

• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in accounting, finance, and/or reporting or Pre-Sales experience.
• Undergraduate degree with 8 years related experience, or Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Ability to discuss technical terminology for SaaS applications and strong collaboration skills.

On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 196,000.00 - 315,000.00 USD Annual. Eligible for commission based on sales performance. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
