Senior Manager, Medicine Security - US Programs

• Lead implementation of Medicine Security Program strategy across US portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and partner needs.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives (e.g., technical assistance, supply chain resilience) to enhance sustainable medicine access for uninsured and underinsured populations.
• Develop and expand a robust partner ecosystem by onboarding new clinic partners and strengthening existing relationships.
• Drive performance management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact and scale.

This role ensures that uninsured and underinsured individuals in the US gain reliable access to essential medicines, improving health equity and reducing suffering in underserved communities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading program management or related experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into implementation plans with clear goals and metrics.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year health-related initiatives, preferably in medicine access.
• Strong partnership development skills with external organizations (e.g., clinics, health agencies).

Hiring range: $83,493 to $91,750 (annual). Full-time, exempt position. Remote work eligible in select US states/territories. Up to 20% domestic travel. Comprehensive benefits package (not detailed).
