Senior Manager, HR Technology

• Lead and develop the HR Technology / HRIS team, setting priorities for platform health, quality, and improvement.
• Own Workday configuration, security design, integration architecture, and vendor relationships for HR systems.
• Build and maintain an HR technology roadmap to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance self-service.
• Establish HR data governance and drive change management for user adoption.

This role enables Lime to scale its people operations efficiently, ensuring reliable and user-friendly HR technology that supports a global workforce dedicated to sustainable transportation.

• 8+ years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS, including hands-on Workday configuration in a scaling global company.
• 3+ years leading a small HR Technology / HRIS team with a track record of shifting to platform-oriented work.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation; familiarity with Time & Absence, Benefits, and Talent.
• Strong collaborator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
