What you will drive
- Create Zoox's go-to-market playbook and develop frameworks for city selection, service planning, and fleet sizing.
- Collaborate with PnL owners, Corporate Strategy, and Finance on a comprehensive ride-hail commercial strategy encompassing monetization, pricing, and sales approaches.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key commercial and product players to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.
- Analyze data sets to understand mobility needs and conduct industry market research to support strategic decision-making.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic operations, or related functions.
- 5+ years of people management experience within a high-growth or operationally complex organization.
- Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end partnership negotiations with measurable business impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including experience evaluating trade-offs and developing business cases.
