Senior Manager, Fund IRL State Coalition

• Recruit and coordinate state coalitions for Fund IRL, a national coalition focused on directing social media litigation funds to youth mental health.
• Provide technical assistance and support to cross-sector state coalitions, including developing action alerts and maintaining engagement tracking systems.
• Prepare state advocates for legislative and Attorney General engagement, and coordinate policy actions across states.

This role ensures that funds from social media litigation related to youth mental health harms are directed to young people and their well-being, creating positive change for children and youth across the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years of experience in state-level advocacy, coalition coordination, or public policy related to children and youth.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing multi-stakeholder coalitions, including member engagement and message coordination.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving campaign environment.
• Familiarity with legislative tracking and state policy processes; experience working across multiple states preferred.
