Mission

What you will drive

  • Recruit and coordinate state coalitions for Fund IRL, a national coalition focused on directing social media litigation funds to youth mental health.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to cross-sector state coalitions, including developing action alerts and maintaining engagement tracking systems.
  • Prepare state advocates for legislative and Attorney General engagement, and coordinate policy actions across states.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 6โ€“10 years of experience in state-level advocacy, coalition coordination, or public policy related to children and youth.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing multi-stakeholder coalitions, including member engagement and message coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving campaign environment.
  • Familiarity with legislative tracking and state policy processes; experience working across multiple states preferred.
