Grants, Partnerships & Development Manager

• Lead Techrity's funding strategy by identifying grant opportunities, developing proposals, and cultivating donor/partner relationships.
• Build and manage the complete funding lifecycle from opportunity discovery through award management, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional fundraising campaigns and establish internal systems for sustainable growth.

This role directly enables Techrity to scale its impact by securing funding that equips thousands of young Africans with technology skills, mentorship, and career opportunities, bridging the gap between learning and employment.

• Minimum 2 years experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, or resource mobilization.
• Proven success in developing competitive funding proposals and managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication, research, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment; familiarity with CRM and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace) preferred.
