Mission

What you will drive

  • Operationalize the 2026 election protection strategy within voting and election coalitions.
  • Lead coalition meetings and working groups to drive strategy forward with coalition partners.
  • Create and maintain a resource hub accessible across coalitions, and develop a strategy to regularly communicate work to coalitions.
  • Progress monitor to ensure goals are met, track key metrics, and create reports for coalition partners and funders.

  • Experience managing coalitions or groups with diverse interests to achieve a goal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of national political dynamics and funders/decision-makers at the national level.
  • Experience leading successful local- or state-level public advocacy campaigns related to democracy, elections, voting rights, and civil rights.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate organizational dynamics and conflict.
