Senior Manager, Development Operations & Donor Engagement

• Support fundraising strategy and donor engagement while strengthening systems that enable growth.
• Manage and improve CRM (Salesforce), build donor tracking and reporting processes, and support campaigns and communications.
• Build and improve systems from the ground up, creating workflows, standard operating procedures, and integrating tools like CRM and email platforms.

This role helps build the infrastructure behind a growing national movement working to depolarize America and strengthen civic life.

• 4–7 years of experience in fundraising or a related field preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented and dependable in managing complex information.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and using it to guide decisions.
