Senior Manager, Datacenter Innovation

• Lead the ideation, evaluation, demonstration, and deployment of innovations that push the bounds of the status quo in datacenters.
• Develop commercialization strategy including business model, partnerships, and intellectual property.
• Retire outstanding risks that may impede successful commercialization, utilizing SB Energy's Innovation Center for technology demonstrations.
• Assist first-of-a-kind deployment into commercial projects and support the operational phase.

This role accelerates the energy transition by enabling cleaner, more sustainable power through innovative datacenter technologies that reduce environmental impact and improve grid stability.

• Minimum eight (8) years’ professional experience in commercializing new products; direct experience with datacenters or similar mission-critical infrastructure strongly desired.
• B.S. Engineering from ABET-accredited University or other technical degree; advanced degrees a plus.
• Direct experience developing, demonstrating, and deploying hardware and software technologies; experience with SCADA systems a plus.
• Strong engineering, commercialization, communication skills; ability to quantify value of new technologies and prioritize focus.

Base salary $160,000 - $190,000 (USD) plus discretionary annual bonus.
