What you will drive

  • Steward organizational culture, embodied praxis, and staff experience, ensuring values are consistently reflected throughout the organization.
  • Translate HR policies and frameworks into culturally aligned practices that shape day-to-day staff experience.
  • Embed somatic practice, collective care, and embodied praxis into organizational systems to support staff well-being.
  • Manage people operations including onboarding, performance reviews, professional development tracking, and accommodation management.
