Senior Manager, Culture & People Experience

• Steward organizational culture, embodied praxis, and staff experience, ensuring values are consistently reflected throughout the organization.
• Translate HR policies and frameworks into culturally aligned practices that shape day-to-day staff experience.
• Embed somatic practice, collective care, and embodied praxis into organizational systems to support staff well-being.
• Manage people operations including onboarding, performance reviews, professional development tracking, and accommodation management.

This role ensures that staff at Black Feminist Future are supported, recognized, and able to thrive, directly contributing to a sustainable movement organization that advances systemic change through a Black feminist lens.

• Master implementer with strong tracking, scheduling, and follow-through skills.
• Grounded in Black feminist praxis, queer and anti-capitalist approaches, and embodied practices.
• Experience or strong commitment to somatic practices and understanding of nervous system regulation.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to hold sensitive information.
