Senior Manager, AI Technologies & Development

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise AI Technology Roadmap aligned with business priorities, identifying high-impact AI and GenAI use cases across functions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, overseeing AI platform capabilities across cloud ecosystems such as Azure AI and ML services.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, ensuring security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI usage.
• Manage a pipeline of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment, leading cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.

This role drives the adoption of AI technologies to transform essential resources for mobility, energy, connectivity, and health, contributing to a more resilient world with people and planet in mind.

• 10+ years of experience in technology with focus on AI/ML or GenAI.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise AI strategies and delivering AI/GenAI solutions.
• Strong cloud platform experience (Azure, etc.).
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments and stakeholder management.
