Senior Manager, Academy Development (Remote)

• Manage a portfolio of school districts to support academy quality, growth, and expansion.
• Develop and strengthen local advisory boards and deepen work-based learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to support grant deliverables and communicate progress.

This role directly supports the growth and quality of NAF's academy model, which prepares young people for college and career success, particularly in underserved communities.

• 3-6 years of experience in education or related fields with project/team management responsibility.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; remote work experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
