How to Apply for Senior Lifecycle Manager
at ev.energy
🏢 About ev.energy
ev.energy is building the world's largest EV-centric Virtual Power Plant, turning electric vehicles into flexible grid assets to balance supply and demand. As a certified B Corp scaling rapidly across North America and Europe, they combine mission-driven sustainability with an AI-first, fast-moving tech culture focused on building the grid of the future.
About This Role
As Senior Lifecycle Manager, you'll own the entire user communication surface from sign-up to long-term retention, using email, push notifications, in-app messages and SMS to maximize activation and retention. You'll build infrastructure, run experiments, and apply a product mindset to both lifecycle communications and acquisition frameworks, with a strong emphasis on using AI and automation to scale systems.
💡 A Day in the Life
You might start by analyzing overnight engagement data from your automated communication systems, then meet with the Acquisition team to align on user journey frameworks. In the afternoon, you could be designing A/B tests for new onboarding sequences or building AI-powered personalization rules for EV charging notifications based on grid demand patterns.
