Senior Learning and Development Partner

• Own the strategy, promotion, communication schedules, and learning transfer activities for the Individual Contributor (IC)/all-employee learning portfolio.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning for ICs and all-employee audiences globally, adapting content in real-time.
• Leverage AI tools to modernize curriculum and integrate AI concepts into course content.
• Measure program effectiveness through learner insights and qualitative feedback, and present recommendations in Quarterly Business Reviews.

• 6+ years experience in learning and development with focus on program management, facilitation, and program design.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to strategically apply AI tools to accelerate problem-solving and innovation.
