Senior Landscape Architect

• Acts as the Landscape Package Manager for a large-scale urban development project.
• Manages and reviews landscape design consultants to ensure high-quality, complete, on-time, and compliant designs.
• Coordinates with civil, drainage, roads, utilities, and architectural teams to ensure design consistency.
• Supports design decisions, value engineering, and regulatory approvals.

This role contributes to creating sustainable, high-quality urban environments that enhance community well-being and resilience, particularly in tropical and coastal settings.

• Licensed Landscape Architect (PRC) or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; Master's degree preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience, including large-scale mixed-use or waterfront projects.
• Experience managing design consultants and knowledge of Philippine codes and standards.
• Strong design judgment, coordination skills, and stakeholder management.
