Senior Key Client Manager [Remote]

• Own client relationships and project/portfolio level P&L through direct interaction and supervision of other client managers.
• Increase portfolio revenues through new product and service offerings and manage costs to balance profitability with long-term client success.
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve high-level commercial and technical issues, ensuring speedy issue resolution.
• Lead client renewals process and ensure all client renewals are won.

This role drives the success of renewable energy projects by ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships, directly contributing to the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or business-related subject (Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience managing customer relationships at all levels; asset management or client management experience a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM programs and advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe skills.
